Donna Hubbard’s exposure to abuse, addiction, gang crime, exploitation, and violence resulted in her feeling that her life would be nothing more than a series of regrets and apologies. While serving years in prisons Donna's commitment to serve God prompted complete surrender to a greater destiny. She founded Woman At The Well Transition Center in 1994. Under her direction WATWTC has provided counseling, and services to 10,000+ women and girls. She has facilitated more than 500 trainings in 18 countries, to law enforcement, aviation crew members and employees, faith leaders and communities, globally to members of government, parliament and gained an audience with the monarchies in Dubai and Qatar.

Her street intervention program with trafficked girls and women has earned her national awards and put her at the forefront of the international anti-human trafficking movement. Donna holds the titles of Preacher, Teacher, Pastor and earned a BA and a MS. She is a Certified Pastoral Counselor for Critical Response Efforts. Her keynote messages include 2 invitations to present at the United Nations General Assembly. Donna is the mother of 8 children. She works as a flight attendant for a major commercial airline.
